As Indianmandarins had reported first (on 13.01.2020) Arun Goyal (Retd IAS:1985:UT) was on March 26 appointed to the post of Member, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) for a period of three years. He took over the charge on March 30. He replaces Dr M K Iyer who completed his term February this year. Goyal retired August 2019 from the post of Secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat.
