The Public Enterprise Selection Board on Thursday selected Akshay Kumar Singh (ED, GAIL) for the post of Director (Pipeline) in Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Subject to requisite clearances he may replace Anish Aggarwal, the outgoing Director retiring on 31st March this year.
Altogether ten candidates had appeared for the interview namely; DLN Sastri (ED, IOCL); Anand Kumar Tewari (ED, IOCL); Alok Khanna (ED, IOCL); P C Choubey (ED, IOCL); Sanjeev Kumar Jain (ED, IOCL); Vipin Chandra Sati (ED, IOCL); Akshay Kumar Singh (ED, Gail); M V Iyer (ED, Gail); Sanjai Gupta (ED, PGCIL) and Saravanan U (Director, MFL).
