In a selection interview held on 14 July 2015 PESB selected L N Mishra (Chief Manager, CIL) for Director (Personnel), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL). As many as 13 aspirants were interviewed for the post.
P C Panigrahi, the incumbent Director (Pers), is scheduled for superannuation on January 31, 2016. Once ratified by ACC L N Mishra will succeed Panigrahi on 01 February 2016 as new Director (Pers), MCL.
