Currently in cadre Kalash previously served as Resident Commissioner of Nagaland in Delhi. A versatile film actor has also participated in twice in ASEAN car rally. In his previous stint under central deputation he served in Afghanistan for UNDP and further as Director, Dept of Heavy Industries and also as Director, Ministry of Home Affairs.
