The post of PS to Lt Governor had fallen vacant in the first week of April when Nutan Guha Biswas (IAS:UT:1983) got appointed as Additional Secretary, Women & Child Development (Govt of India) in the first week of April this year. Both the officers are currently serving with the Govt of Delhi. Arun Baroka is Principal Secretary, PWD whereas S C L Das is Principal Secretary, Health.
