have their own version of delay in promotion of
DANICS cadre officers to IAS. Hardly six weeks had passed when DPC was
conducted recently and hence it may not sound convincing that someone at DoPT
is suspected to delay the file movement but many DANICS officers are smelling
rat. Indianmandarins has reliably
learnt that UPSC, on December 12, 2019, conducted the DPC for promotion of
DANICS officers. As many as 19 DANICS officers belonging to 1995 batch are
eagerly awaiting their turn to become IAS.
