In a major bureaucratic reshuffle effected by Vasundhara Raje Govt this week Ms Manju Rajpal (IAS:2000:RJ) was posted as Secretary Finance (Budget). After completing years long stint at centre as Dy Secretary & Director in Ministery of Rural Development, PS to the then Union Rural Development Minister Nitin Gadkari and further as Director, Cabinet Secretariat, she had recently repatriated to parent cadre.
