But the same strength is seen missing while dealing with his 'friends', many of whom are not seen in tune with his empathy for people. Look at this. Even as the government is trying to promote health insurance, the GST council fixed a rate of 18% on the premium amount. Just think of the multitude of people from the low-income or retiring middle-class people wanting to buy a health insurance to take care of their needs. The great GST council, which lowered the rates for 700 items recently, didn't bother to look at the health needs of the underdogs of society. Isn't it a good ploy to knock down the PM's popularity among the people?
