Deepak Mishra (IPS:1984:UT) is all set to take over as Special Commissioner (Administration), a post which fell vacant with the retirement of Ms Vimla Mehra (IPS:1979:UT) on February 29.
Special Commissioner of Police Deepak Mishra will head Administration wing which is considered second in command in the force.
