New Delhi (23.06.2026): GAIL (India) Limited has appointed
Satish Kumar Sinha as Director (Finance) following his nomination
by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG). GAIL said it had received a communication from the ministry
nominating Sinha, who is currently serving as Executive Director at GAIL, for
the board-level position. The appointment will take effect from the date he
assumes charge of the post on or after July 1. He will serve as Director
(Finance) until the date of his superannuation on May 31, 2029, or until
further orders, whichever is earlier. Sinha was recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of
GAIL by the PESB on March 17. He was selected for the position from a pool of
