Bhabesh Sarmah, Joint Director (Interpretation) Lok Sabha
Secretariat, was on Tuesday appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to
Rameshwar Teli, Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries. Sarmah
will serve as OSD for a period of four years at Deputy Secretary level in the
Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
