Indian High Commissioner in Canada Nirmal Kumar Verma is completing his tenure on November 30 but the name of his successor has not been figured out so far which is expected in a day or two.
Verma served as the Chief of the Naval Staff of Indian Navy from August 31, 2009 to August 31, 2012. Within two months of his retirement he was named as the High Commissioner to Canada in November 2012.
