New Delhi (07.05.2025): One of the trusted officers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kaushal Raj Sharma (IAS: 2006: UP) has been appointed as CEO, Delhi Jal Board. He was appointed as Secretary to UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath before being send to Delhi. He had served as District Magistrate (DM) and then Divisional Commissioner of Varanasi, the constituency of the PM. Home Ministry has given its approval to send Sharma on deputation to AGMUT cadre for three years. Sources said Sharma handled several ambitious projects in the Prime Minister's constituency Varanasi while serving as District Magistrate and Divisional Commissioner.
