New Delhi (02.07.2026): The competent authority has made some amendments in the selection process of Chairman of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). Now, the selection will be done through Search-Cum-Selection-Committee (SCSC) route. Some changes have also been made in the required qualifications. It has now been decided to include the qualification of 'Post Graduate' in the criteria specified in the Job Description. The applicant should be a first-class graduate with a degree in Engineering/ Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy or Post Graduate or a Graduate with a full-time MBA/PGDIM from a leading institute.The last date for submission of applications by applicants has been extended up to 22.07.2026.
