New Delhi (30.06.2026): Signalling a heightened sense of urgency within the NaMo 3.0 governance paradigm, all union secretaries are set for the high-stakes presentation before the Prime Minister at 4:00 pm today. 

In a massive institutional push to accelerate governance overhauls, PM will chair a high-stakes meeting with all union secretaries at 4:00 PM today. The apex huddle centers on extracting actionable policy reforms and enhancing the ease of doing business to supercharge economic growth—pivotal steps if the administration is to realize its structural blueprint for 'Viksit Bharat @2047'.

This marks the PM's second major interface with the top bureaucracy in less than two months. Earlier on May 21, PM Modi chaired a rare, joint session of the Union Council of Ministers and central secretaries to map out regulatory guidelines. 

Today's review forces individual secretaries to directly pitch competitive roadmaps to the PM, cementing the bureaucracy's accountability toward the 2047 developed-nation goal.
