Bhopal (30.06.2026): Madhya Pradesh BJP stalwart Kailash Vijayvargiya often finds himself in the spotlight for controversial remarks. He has sparked yet another row.
He claimed that since the BJP came to power, there has been a "race" among bureaucrats to cozy up to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and showcase long-standing affiliations. He further remarked that the organization has become "too crowded," resulting in a shortage of "good people."
However, Vijayvargiya seems oblivious to a key policy shift by his own party's central government. Upon entering its third consecutive term, the Modi government issued a notification on July 9, 2024, rescinding the Union Home Ministry's 1966, 1970, and 1980 orders that banned government officials from participating in RSS activities.
