New Delhi (23.03.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Thursday are as follows:
- Arbind Prasad (ITS: 1994), CVO, Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd (HEC), Ranchi, was prematurely repatriated to his present cadre to enable him to avail the benefit of promotion.
New Delhi (22.03.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Wednesday are as follows:
- Sibi Chakkravarthy M (IAS: 2008: MP), Director, Cabinet Secretariat was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Naveen Kumar Agarwal (IRSEE:1998), National Textiles Corporation Ltd, was entrusted with the additional charge of CVO, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi for a period of three months.
- PESB recommended Saurav Chauhan (Captain, Indian Navy) for the post of Director (O&M), Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd (BECIL).

- New Delhi (20.03.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:
- Dr Ranjan Sen, Scientist-VII, Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD), Hyderabad, was appointed to the post of Director, Indian Association for Cultivation of Science (IACS), Kolkata.

- Rashmi Raman Singh (Group MD, IOCL) was appointed as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL) till the date of his superannuation (i.e. 28.02.2025). He replaces Anjan Dey.

- The tenure of temporary upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary in Ministry of AYUSH to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India, presently held by Pramod Kumar Pathak (IFoS:1986:KL) was extended up to 30.06.2023.
- The tenure of downgradation of the post of Additional Secretary to the level of Joint Secretary in the Direct Benefit Transfer Mission, Cabinet Secretariat, presently held by Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, (IP&TA&FS:1993) was extended up to 10.12.2023.

- The Deputy Secretary post in the Department of Justice presently held by Chandra Mohiyar Bathala (IRPS:2009) was re-designated as Director, as a measure personal to him for a period upto 29.09.2024 i.e combined tenure of five years.
- With the concurrence of the Government of West Bengal and Government of Uttarakhand the Central Government transferred Ajay Ganpati Kumbhar (IFS:2018:WB) from West Bengal Cadre to Uttarakhand Cadre on the grounds of his marriage with Ms Rekha Yadav (IFS:2019:UD).
- The tenure of Onkar Singh (IRSME:1997), Joint Secretary (Director level) in the Union Public Service Commission, was extended for a period of two years beyond 09.04.2023 and upto 09.04.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
