New Delhi (21.11.2023): The Punjab government has enacted a major reshuffle of IPS officers. Names of these officers are as follows:

• B Chandra Sekhar (IPS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as ADGP Modernization, Punjab, Chandigarh.
• Praveen Kumar Sinha (IPS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as ADGP NRI, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Neeraja Voruvuru (IPS: 1994: PB) has been appointed as ADGP Cyber Crime, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Naunihal Singh (IPS: 1997: PB) asked to report to DGP, Punjab. His posting orders will be issued separately.
• Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal (IPS: 1997: PB) has been appointed as ADGP Intelligence-I, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Nilabh Kishore (IPS: 1998: PB) to look after the work of ADGP STF, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Shive Kumar Verma (IPS: 1998: PB) to look after the work of ADGP Internal Security, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Jaskaran Singh (IPS: 1998: PB) to look after the work of ADGP Ropar Range, Ropar in addition to ADGP Intelligence-II, Punjab, SAS Nagar.
• Pradeep Kumar Yadav (IPS: 2002: PB) has been appointed as IGP, Technical Services, Punjab, Chandigarh and in addition Resident Commissioner (Police Coordination), Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi.
• Gurpreet Singh Bhullar (IPS: 2004: PB) has been appointed as Ropar Commissioner of Police, Amritsar.
• Dr S Boopathi (IPS: 2007: PB) has been appointed as DIG Jalandhar Range Jalandhar.
• Mandeep Singh Sidhu (IPS: 2008: PB) has been appointed as DIG Administration, Punjab, Chandigarh.
• Swapan Sharma (IPS: 2009: PB) has been appointed as DIG Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar Commissioner of Police Jalandhar.
• Kuldeep Singh (IPS: 2009: PB) has been appointed as Commissioner of Police Ludhiana.
• Ajay Maluja (IPS: 2009: PB) has been appointed as DIG, STF, Bathinda Range.
• J Elanchezhian (IPS: 2010: PB) has been appointed as AIG, Counter Intelligence, Punjab, SAS Nagar
• Harmanbir Singh Gill (IPS: 2010: PB) has been appointed as SSP, Bathinda.
• Vivek Sheel Soni (IPS: 2011: PB) has been appointed as SSP, Moga.
• Gulneet Singh Khurana (IPS: 2012: PB) has been appointed as SSP, Ropar.
• Surendra Lamba (IPS: 2013: PB) has been appointed as SSP, Hoshiarpur.
