While interacting with senior bureaucrats posted in cadre states and in Govt of India, one can get a common understanding that Nripendra Mishra and Bhaskar Khulbe are missed in PMO miserably by officers outside. What is surprising is that officers from other services than IAS too take it as a gap between the PMO and the outside world. Many officers observe that now they find none to take their concerns to in the PMO.
