February effected a minor reshuffle of IPS officers. Accordingly; S Manoharan
(IPS) was posted as IG, Economic Offence Wing vice Sanjay Kumar (IPS) who
replaced Manoharan as Police Commissioner, Tiruppur City. Further, R Jayanthi (DCP-Crime,
Madurai City) was posted as Commandant, Tamil Nadu Special Police (11th
Battalion) and Dr T Senthil Kumar replaced R Jayanthi as DCP (Crime), Madurai
City.
