The NaMO administration on Friday effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle including Additional Secretary in President Secretariat & PMO. Accordingly;

• Bharat Lal (IFoS:1988) appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Joint Secretary. Presently, he is Additional Secretary to the President.
  
• Vivek Kumar (IFS:2004) was on appointed as Private Secretary to Prime Minister. Presently he is Director in PMO.
• Ms. Amita Prasad (IAS:1985:KN) appointed as Chairperson, Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) in the rank and pay of Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post. Presently, she is Director General, National Productivity Council, Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
• Arun Kumar Jha (IES:1985) appointed Director General, National Productivity Council in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary vice Ms Amita Prasad.
• Ms. Jyoti Arora (IAS:1987:HY) appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology by temporarily upgrading the vacant post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor. Presently she is in the Cadre state of Haryana.
• Rajesh Verma (IAS:1987:OR) appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare against existing vacancy.
• Indevar Pandey (IAS:1988:WB) appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DONER) by temporarily upgrading a vacant post.of Joint Secretary. Presently he is in the Cadre.
• Shashank Priya (IRS C&CE:1988) appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Commerce & Industry against existing vacancy. Presently, he is in Cadre (GST Council).
