Delhi: Major bureaucratic reshuffle includes two Additional CSs

New Delhi (26.06.2025): The competent authority has effected reshuffle of Additional Chief Secretary rank officers in the Delhi government. The name and the new assignments of these officers are as follows:

Bipul Pathak (IAS: 1992: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (Finance & Planning) with the additional charges of Additional Chief Secretary (Industries) & Chairman (DSIIDC).
Prashant Goyal (IAS: 1993: AGMUT) has been appointed as Financial Commissioner (w.e.f. 01.07.2025) on superannuation of Chetan B Sanghi.
Sandeep Kumar (IAS: 1997: AGMUT) has been appointed as Principal Secretary (Vigilance) with the additional charges of Principal Secretary (AR) & Principal Secretary (Environment & Forests).
Pandurang K Pole (IAS: 2004: AGMUT: AGMUT), Secretary (Higher Education & TTE), will also hold the additional charge of Secretary (UD) w.e.f. 01.07.2025.
A Nedunchezhiyan (IAS: AGMUT: AGMUT) has been appointed as Principal Director (Delhi Fire Service).
Arun Kumar Mishra (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) has been appointed as Placed at the disposal of MCD.
Suneel Anchipaka (IAS: 2014: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes).
