They are; Ajay Kumar Bhalla (IAS:AM) elevated to Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Coal Rajiv Kumar (IAS:JH) elevated as Additional Secretary, Department of Expenditure A B Pandey (IAS:MH) elevated as DDG, UIDAI (Mumbai) in the rank of Additional Secretary Ashok M R Dalawai (IAS:OR) elevated as DDG, UIDAI (Bangalore) in the rank of Additional Secretary Chandramouli (RG&CCI) gets extension till 08 April 2015 C Chandramouli (IAS:1985:TN), Registrar General & Census Commissioner of India, has been accorded extension , for a period of three months beyond January 08, 2015.  Durga Shakti appointed as OSD to Union Agriculture Minister Durga Shakti Nagpal (IAS:2010:UP) has been appointed as OSD to Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh.
