New Delhi (31.12.2023): The New Delhi establishment on Saturday late evening cleared the empanelment of twenty officers for holding Joint Secretary or JS equivalent post in Government of India. Altogether seventeen IPS officers dominate the list of twenty which apparently signals the New Delhi establishment’s considered move that may unfold with the passage of time.
Names of these officers are as follows:

  2. Maheshwar Dayal (IPS: 1997: TN)
  3. Shiv Pal Singh (IFoS: 1997: UP) 
  4. Alok Tripathi (IRTS: 1999) 
  5. S. Praveen Kumar (IPS: 2002: OD)
  6. Subramanyeswara Rao (IPS: 2002: KN)
  7. Rajesh Kumar (IPS: 2002: TG)
  8. Aparna Kumar (IPS: 2002: UP)
  9. Deepak Choudhary (IPS: 2002: AM)
  10. Sachi Ghildyal (IPS: 2002: UP)
  11. Sonia Narang (IPS: 2002: KN)
