JMM and Congress rift reaches Ranchi due to Patna debacle

New Delhi (21.10.2025): The Bihar Assembly elections are impacting Jharkhand as Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) not only fielded its candidates in state Assembly elections but some empirical strains are also visible in the tribal state. The JMM is holding the Congress responsible for not helping the party to get its due however the fact of the matter is that Mahagathbandhan is not in place in Bihar. The RJD is contesting on 143 seats one less than the last elections but its relations with the Congress is not amicable. This indicates that post elections some more churning may happen not only in Bihar but also in Jharkhand.
