New Delhi (11.12.2024): Apparently looking for some political rehabilitation with Delhi elections coming closure, Sharmistha Mukherjee, daughter of former President of India Pranab Mukherjee, has spoken at a length about his relations with Prime Minister Narendra Modi which, she says, goes to the days of Modi being an ordinary RSS worker. There are many such legends discussed in her book based on the diary of the former President. Her political career failed to take off in the Congress, so is she looking for some assignment in the BJP in Delhi as she doesn’t fit into  West Bengal politics.
