New Delhi (15.09.2023): Two senior IPS officers have been accorded extension/regularization of deputation tenure in CBI namely; Keshav Ram Chaurasia (IPS: 2003: J&K) and Prem Kumar Gautam (IPS: 2005: UP). It may be underlined that in compliance of the Supreme Court direction dated 14.08.2023 the officers were associated with the inquiry and investigation of the Coal Block Allocation cases.Accordingly; Keshav Ram Chaurasia was regularised as DIG (CBI) from 07.06.2016 and up to 25.08.2023 whereas Prem Kumar Gautam was regularised as DIG (CBI) from 28.01.2019 and up to 30.09.2023.
