If sources in PSUs and MoR are to be believed as many as 15 candidates are expected to appear before PESB for selection interview for the post of Director (Tech) RITES; a miniratna CPSE. The interview is scheduled to be held tomorrow (20 July 2016). The post will fall vacant on November 30 this year when the outgoing Director (Tech) S B Malik will demit office on the attainment of his retirement age. Reportedly; nine internal and six external candidates have been short-listed for the interview. One ED and eight GGMs from RITES would appear for interview. Mukesh Rathore is ED whereas rest of the eight candidates are GGM namely; Rajesh Aggarwal, D Majumdar, S C Singhal, Virendra Sigh, Anil Vig and Pankaj Agrawal. In addition, the external candidate in the race are; Anil Kumar Gupta (IRSME, MoR), Anil Kumar Agarwal (IRSME, MoR), Suresh Chandra Agrawal (GM, SJVNL), Dinesh Vij (ED, PFC), Sanjeev Singh (Power Grid Corp Ltd), Mrityunjay Singh (ED), Yogesh Kumar Mishra (G< IRCON) and Arvind Kumar Tyagi (RVNL).
