Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Dheeraj Gupta (IAS:1993:JK) may soon be made J&K Government's Principal Resident Commissioner in New Delhi following the appointment last week of Rakesh Kumar Gupta (IAS:1986:JK) as the Secretary of UPSC.
The announcement may be just a formality because Dheeraj Gupta is already serving as Resident Commissioner in Delhi and also holds the post of Principal Secretary Coordination, Govt of J&K.
