The incumbent CMD, S C Agnihotri's retirement is due on August 31, 2018.
Altogether ten candidates had appeared for selection interview namely; Pramod Kumar Singh (ED, RVNL); Pradeep Gaur (ED, RVNL); Rajesh Prasad (ED, RVNL); Sanjay Dungrakoti (ED, RVNL); Mukesh Kumar Singh (Director, Finance, IRCON International Ltd.); Shyam Lal Gupta (ED, IRCON International Ltd.); Anshuman Sharma (Director, Projects, DFCCIL) and Anuj Prakash (CME, IRSME).
