New Delhi (16.07.2026): In a rare occurrence, apparently to iron out crises in Uttar Pradesh and a smooth sail of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had a long meeting with state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The 2027 Assembly elections were on the top of the agenda besides Ram Temple irregularities. But the issue of getting Delimitation Bill passed in Parliament was no less important issue in the discussion that actually brought them on the table. The BJP is serious about it and trying to seek support from all corners including from the Samajwadi Party MPs.
