Bhopal (24.0.2023): Raghav Chandra (Retd IAS: 1982: MP) has been invited by the Kingdom of Bhutan to attend its International Literature Festival and to speak about his book Kali’s Daughter. The festival is being organized between August 3 and 7, 2023. Chandra told Indianmandarins, “I’ve been invited by the Kingdom of Bhutan to attend its International Literature Festival and to speak about my book Kali’s Daughter.”

The fifth edition of the Bhopal Literature and Art Festival, started by Chandra in 2018, was held in January, 2023. Chandra has lined up 95 thinkers/authors for 50 sessions across 3 days of what he calls 'Knowledge Kumbh' held at Bharat Bhawan, near Bhopal Lake.
