New Delhi (12.08.2022): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Friday are as follows:
- Abhyuday A Anand (IRS IT:2009) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the LOKPAL for a period of four years.
- Ms Shubhra Saxena (IAS:2009:UP) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Election Commission of India for a period of four years.
- Niraj Kumar Bansod (IAS:2008:CG) was appointed as Director in the Cabinet Secretariat for a period of five years.
- Manish Mukherjee (IOFS:2009) was appointed as Regional Director (Deputy Secretary level) in the Staff Selection Commission, Delhi for a period of four years.
- K Ravichandran (IFS:1996:AGMUT) was appointed to the post of Director, Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal. Presently, he is Additional PCCF, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Port Blair.
- Prof Maneesha Shreedhar Inamdar was appointed to the post of Director, Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (InStem), Bangalore, till attaining the age of superannuation. Currently, she is Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore.
- The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Justice was assigned to Dr Niten Chandra (IAS:1990:OR) from 16.08.2022 to 25.08.2022 during the period of absence on leave of S.K.G. Rahate (lAS:1990:JH). Chandra is Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs.
- RK Tyagi (ED, PGCIL) was appointed to the post of Director (Operations), Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31 .03.2026.
- Atul Gupta (Group GM, EIL) was appointed to the post of Director (Commercial), Engineers India Limited (EIL) for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation whichever is the earliest.
- Jai Prakash Srivastava (ED, BHEL) was appointed as Director (Engineering, Research & Development), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.12.2024.
- G Srinivasan (GM, Coal India Ltd) was appointed Director (Finance), South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.06.2024.
- Pradeep Kumar Chand (GM, F&A, BCPL) was appointed to the post of Director (Finance), Cement Corporation of India Ltd (CCI) till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31 .01 .2027.
- PESB on Friday selected Commodore Rakesh Chillar for the post of Chairman and Managing Director, Braithwaite Burn & Jessop Construction Company Ltd. (BBJ).
