• The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj was assigned to Abhilaksh Likhi (lAS: 1991: HY) till 20.05.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Vivek Bhardwaj (IAS: 1990: WB). Likhi is Secretary, Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
• Kurve Sachin Shardchandra (IAS: 2003: UD) was appointed as Chairperson (JS level), Chennai Port Authority, Chennai for a period of five years. He replaces Sunil Paliwal (lAS: 1993: TN).
• Jasmeet Singh Bindra (IRTS: 1997) was appointed as Chairperson (JS level), Visakhapatnam Port Authority, Visakhapatnam for a period of five years. He replaces M. Angamuthu (IAS: 2002: AM).
• Gopal Meena (IAS: 2007: BH) was appointed Development Commissioner (JS level), Noida Special Economic Zone for a period of five years. He replaces A. Bipin Menon (ITS: 1997). 
• The ACC approved the entrustment (ex-post facto) of additional charge of the post of Chairperson (JS level), New Mangalore Port Authority to Sushil Kumar Singh (IRSME: 1993), Chairperson, Deendayal Port Authority for a period of six months w.e.f. 01.12.2025 to 31.05.2026 or till regular incumbent.
• The ACC approved the entrustment (ex-post facto) of additional charge of the post of Chairperson (JS level) Chennai Port Authority to S. Viswanathan (lAS: 2008: MP) for a period of six months w.e.f. 01.12.2025 to 31.05.2026. Currently, he is Deputy Chairperson, Chennai Port Authority.
• Dipankar Mahto (IP&TA&FS: 1998) was appointed as Jute Commissioner (JS Level), Office of the Jute Commissioner, Kolkata under the Ministry of Textiles till his superannuation on 31.12.2028. He replaces Moloy Chandan Chakraborthy (IDAS: 1993). 
• Pankaj Agrawal (IAS: 1992: MP), Secretary, Ministry of Power, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Coal from 09.05.2026 to 19.05.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Vikram Dev Dutt (IAS: 1993: AGMUT).
• Sudhansh Pant (IAS: 1991: RJ), Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) from 09.05.2026 to 24.05.2026 during the period of absence on leave of V Vidyavathi (lAS: 1991: KN).
• Anand Madhukar (IRPS: 1997), Additional DG, Archaeological Survey of India under the Ministry of Culture, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre to avail the benefit of promotion in the cadre.
• Dr Sachin Gupta (IPS: 2014: PB), Superintendent of Police, Bureau of Police Research and Development as Addl. Deputy Commissioner/Joint Assessor & Collector in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for a period of one year.
