New Delhi (31.05.2023): Amarendu Prakash, Director in-charge, Bokaro Steel Plant, Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), has been appointed as Chairman, SAIL for a period of five years. Nagendra Nath Sinha (IAS: 1987: JH), Secretary, Ministry of Steel was holding additional charge of SAIL Chairman w.e.f. 01.05.2023 after Soma Mondal was appointed Member, Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB).  Mondal retired as SAIL Chairperson in April 2023.
