- New Delhi (30.09.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Saturday are as follows:
- The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Legislative Department was assigned to S.K.G. Rahate (IAS: 1990: JH) upon completion of tenure of Dr. Reeta Vasishta on 01.10.2023. Currently, S K G Rahate is Secretary, Department of Justice.
- Dr. Reeta Vasishta was appointed as incharge of the Central Agency Section (CAS), Ministry of Law and Justice, by temporarily upgrading the post to the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India w.e.f. 02.10.2023 till the date of her superannuation, i.e. 31.07.2025. Her appointment will be subject to the outcome of WP Nos.7140/2014 and 5003/2014 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Currently, she is Secretary, Legislative Department.
- New Delhi (29.09.2023): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Friday are as follows:
- Cadre of Garima (IPS: 2020: TN) has been changed from Tamil Nadu cadre to AGMUT on grounds of her marriage with Pankaj Lamba (IPS: 2019: AGMUT).
Tenure of Ritesh Chauhan (IAS: 2005: HP), CEO, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) & Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, was extended for a period of one year.
Tenure of Amit Agrawal (IAS: 1993: CG), Chief Executive Officer, Unique Identification Authority of India, was extended for a period of one year i.e. up to 02.11.2024.

- The tenure of Amit Khare (Retd lAS: 1985: JH) as Advisor to Prime Minister, in the rank and scale of Secretary to Government of India on contract basis, was extended beyond 12.10.2023 for a period, co-terminus with the term of Prime Minister.
- PESB on Monday selected Manobendra Ghoshal for the post of Chairman & Managing Director, MSTC LTD. Currently, he is Executive Director, RITES Limited.
