Vishnu Prakash (IFS:1981), presently Ambassador of India to Republic of Korea, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Canada.
The government has also appointed Ajit Kumar (IFS:1979) as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations Offices in Geneva. He is presently posted as Consul General, Consulate General of India in Atlanta, US.
