Dehradun (30.09.2024): Uttarakhand Chief Secretary (CS) Radha
Raturi (IAS: 1988: UK) has been given six months extension in the service for
the second time as her six-month extended tenure was ending on September 30,
2024. Raturi became the CS on January 31, 2024, just two months before
