Chandigarh (17.07.2023): Union Public Service Commission
(UPSC) has put the Haryana government in a fix by sending a communication seeking
service record of Manoj Yadava (IPS: 1988: HY), who is currently on central
deputation as director general (DG), investigations, National Human Rights
Commission. Speculation is rife that inclusion of Yadava’s name could be an
attempt to keep one officer out of the race for the DGP post. In case Yadava’s name is added, then he would be among the
top-three senior officers shortlisted for the job. The other two officers are
Dr R C Mishra (IPS: 1989: HY) and Mohammad Akil (IPS: 1989: HY). Also Read
