Udai Pratap Singh (IAS:1984:JH) has freshly taken over from D K Tiwari as the Principal Resident Commissioner to the Govt of Jharkhand in Delhi. Prior to the new responsibility Singh was located at Jharkhand Bhawan as OSD to Jharkand Chief Minister. In the month of April last year he had been empanelled as Additional Secretary (GoI).
