Chennai (31.12.2025): Sandhya Venugopal Sharma (IAS: 1995: TN) has been appointed as the Chairperson and Additional Director on Board of Titan Company as a Nominee of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO). Sharma will be the Chairperson of the Board replacing Arun Roy, IAS, who will continue as Director on the Titan Board.Titan is a joint venture between the Tata Group and TIDCO. “The Board vide Circular Resolution dated December 29, 2025, which was duly approved by requisite majority, approved the appointment of Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS, as Chairperson and Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from January 4, 2026,” Titan said.
