Hyderabad (18.12.2023): In a major reshuffle the Government of Telangana transferred and posted 14 police officers including ten IPS and five other SP-rank officers. While most officers in the two lists have been posted at new locations, a few await their postings.
The list of IPS officers transferred and posted goes as follows:
- P Viswaprasad was posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad city.
- A V Ranganath, awaiting for posting, was posted as Joint Commissioner of Police, Crimes and SIT, Hyderabad City, vice Dr Gajarao Bhupal.
- S M Vijay Kumar was posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (West Zone), Hyderabad City vice Sri Joel Davis. Previously, Kumar served as SP (Intelligence wing).
- Joel Davis as posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, SB, Hyderabad City.
- Rohini Priyadarshini, serving as SP Medak, was posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police (North Zone) Hyderabad City vice G Chandana Deepti.
- N Swetha, Commissioner of Police, Siddipet, was posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, DD, Hyderabad City.
- L Subbarayudu, awaiting for posting, was posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic-I, Hyderabad City.
- Nitika Pant, DCP (Task Force) Hyderabad City, was posted in the office of DGP, Telangana, Hyderabad. Further, Dr Gajarao, Bhupal and G Chandana Deepti were attached to DGP office.
List of SP-rank officers transferred goes as follows:
- N. Venkateshwarlu, awaiting posting, was posted as DCP, Traffic-III, Hyderabad City, vice D Srinivas who was attached to the DGP’s office.
- Sree Bala Devi, DCP, Road Safety, Rachakonda, was posted as DCP (Task Force) Hyderabad.
- G Sundeep, DCP Madhapur, was transferred as SP (Admin) Railways.
- J Raghavender Reddy, currently SP (Admin) Railways, was attached to DGP office.
