Suspended IPS officer N K Amin (1996:GJ) to be reinstated soon

With four years left in his retirement N K Amin (IPS:GJ:1996) may shortly be reinstated by the Government of Gujarat.
Currently in judicial custody in Vadodra Central Jail in Ishrat Jahan fake encounter case Amin has already been granted bail. The Gujart Government is preparing to revoke his suspension and reinstate him in Gujarat Police. Other IPS officers in service who are out on bail in the Ishrat case are; ADG (law & Order) P P Pandey and G L Singhal is SP, Armed Units.
