The post had fallen vacant on 31 March this year following the suspension of the erstwhile Director (Pers & IR) R Mohandas mere 62 days ahead of his retirement.
It may be noted that CIL CMD Sutirtha Bhattacharya (Retd IAS:1985:AP) is also retiring on 31st August 2017.
