The success of any sportsperson is claimed and celebrated by everyone but these successes are mostly individual, not institutional. This is what is reflected in the outburst of Indian javelin coach Uwe Hon who castigated SAI or AFI for failing to provide a proper diet even to sportspeople preparing to go for the Olympics. All tall claims made the Sports Ministry fallen flat as changing the name of Award will not serve the purpose but providing them better facilities and infrastructure will do.
