Arun Kumar Sinha (IAS:1999:MN) on Monday took charge as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO); a post which fell vacant after Meenakshi Singh (IRS IT:1994) repatriated to parent cadre (CBDT) as ADG, Tax Payers Services (TPS-01). Prior to joining ITPO (Dept of Commerce) Sinha served with the Govt of Manipur.
