NEW DELHI (13.06.2026): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Saturday are as follows:-
- Janmejaya Khanduri (IPS: 2007: UK), Deputy Director, NCRB, has been appointed as Inspector General in Inda-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) up to his remaining tenure i.e. up to 09.02.2030. He counts his central deputation w.e.f. 10.02.2025.
- Dr Rohini Katoch Sepat (IPS: 2008: KN), Deputy Director, SVP NPA, has been appointed as Joint Director in SVP NPA.
- Dr Ram Niwas Sepat (IPS: 2008: KN), Deputy Director, SVP NPA, has been appointed as Joint Director in SVP NPA.
- Nitasha Guria (IPS: 2008: BH), DIG, BPR&D, has been appointed as Inspector General in BPR&D.
- Vikas Burman (IPS: 2008: BH), DIG, ITBP, has been appointed as Inspector General in ITBP up to his remaining tenure i.e. up to 04.09.2029.
- Vikas Pathak (IPS: 2008: RJ), DIG, BSF, has been appointed as Inspector General in BSF.
- Rahul S (IPS: 2008: PB), DIG, NIA, has been appointed as Inspector General in NIA up to his remaining tenure.
- Davuluri Shravan (IPS: 2008: CH), DIG, NIA, has been appointed as Inspector General in NIA up to his remaining tenure.
- Tenure
of D Thara (IAS: 1995: GJ), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban
Affairs, has been extended for a period up to 05.12.2026 by continuing the
temporary upgradation of the post.
