Shiva Nand, Deputy Secretary in Lok Sabha Secretariat, was on Thursday appointed Private Secretary to Prahlad Joshi, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines in the Ministry of Parliament Affairs for a period of two years and three months at the level of Deputy Secretary.
