Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the public sector headhunter may select on June 19 the successor of D K Sharaf - the outgoing CMD of ONGC who is set to vacate the post on September 30 this year.
Reportedly, nine candidates have been shortlisted for PESB for the selection interview. They are Shashi Shankar (Director- T&FS, ONGC); retired senior IAS officer Dr. M Ravi Kanth (CMD, HUDCO); Harjeet Kaur (Director- Finance, Stockholding Corporation of India Ltd); Vivekanand (Director- Finance, OVL); Biswajit Roy (Director, OIL); AJ Morbale (ED, ONGC); Rajesh Kakkar (ED, ONGC); S K Moira (ED, ONGC); Biswajit Roy (Director- HE, OIL); and Prabal Basu (CMD, Balmer & Lawrie).
