New Delhi (28.01.2025): Rajesh Nirwan (IPS: 1992: RJ) has been appointed as the new Director General, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) replacing Amrit Mohan Prasad (IPS: 1989: OD), DG, SSB, who was ex-post facto entrusted with additional charge of DG, BCAS w.e.f. 01.11.2024.Former BCAS DG Zulfikar Hasan (IPS: 1988: WB), had hung his boots on 31.10.2024.
